One of the exercises my physiotherapist gave me was band exercises to strengthen my back muscles. The goal of strengthening my back muscles is to have improved posture, and therefore reduced (or get rid of!) my back pain. I am going to start doing the exercises outlined in this video to supplement those band exercises. As well I am going to play around with getting stronger bands, because I do not feel the exercises I am doing right now are enough.
