During my last Physiotherapy appointment I was shown how to tape my shoulder to reduce pain and improve posture. To show you what the tape looks like on, I have drawn into onto this woman’s back.

The long piece of tape (in green above and pictured below) is used to help pull my shoulder back to the proper position. The short piece is used to my shoulder up slightly, this is just to reduce pain and alleviate some strain on my shoulder.
