Personal Reflection on this Exercise:
I really like that this exercise is dynamic. The other day I layed on my back with my hands in the T position for around five minutes to try and stretch out the front of my chest and when I moved my hands I realized they had gone numb! This exercise does the same thing but keeps the arms moving and therefore the blood flowing.
Doing this exercise gives the pectoralis muscles a good stretch and improves range of motion in the shoulders. It felt good on my body, I did not feel any pain doing this exercise. I am definitely going to do this exercise on a regular basis now!
