It was Tuesday evening around 8pm and I was surfing the internet looking for the next exercise for my free inquiry. My back was hurting but not like it normally does, this past weekend I tweaked my lower back during a lifeguard recertification course while pulling a person out of the pool that was acting unconscious. As I sat at my desk looking for an exercise I used a heating pad to try and release some of the muscles.

I soon came across this video put together by a chiropractor that shows a routine to decompress your back. So far I had only tried physiotherapy and massage therapy so I was interested to try it.The video starts by working on the upper back and then works its way to the lower back. I found the exercises were effective and helped ease my back pain!
